A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is a legal entity created specifically to pool investor capital and acquire shares in a private company. Our SPV acquires SpaceX equity, and investors own proportional shares in the SPV. This structure allows individual investors to access opportunities typically reserved for institutional investors.
Our platform is open to accredited investors as defined by SEC regulations. This generally includes individuals with a net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding primary residence) or annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 with spouse) for the last two years. Please note that SPV investments in private companies like SpaceX are inherently illiquid, and redemption timelines may vary depending on market conditions and available liquidity.
In the event of a SpaceX IPO, the SPV's holdings would be converted to publicly traded shares. Investors would then have the option to sell their shares on the open market or continue holding them.
